Rental Terms & Conditions

• Deposit

  Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable 30% deposit, which must be paid within 48 hours of receiving our booking form. Please submit the completed booking form and payment receipt to secure your reservation. The remaining balance (70%) is due 60 days prior to check-in.

• Cancellation

  For cancellations made after full payment is completed: a 50% refund is issued for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to check-in. Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable (0% refund). We strongly advise guests to secure comprehensive travel insurance, including trip cancellation coverage.

• Policies

  This rental agreement applies strictly to the dates and guest count declared on your booking form. If there are any changes to the number of occupants, please notify us in advance. Subletting any part of the property is strictly prohibited, and pets are not permitted on the premises.

• Security Deposit

  A security deposit of €300 (cash) is payable upon arrival. This amount will be refunded in full at the end of your stay, subject to an inspection confirming that the property has been left clean, in good condition, and free of damage.

• Check-in – Check-out

  Check-in is available from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please leave the property clean and tidy, and report any breakages or missing items prior to departure so they can be replaced or charged.

• Owners Access to Property

  The owners reserve the right of reasonable access to the property for the purpose of general cleaning, maintenance and repair.

• Extras

  One 15kg bag of pellets for pellet stove included in the price of the reservation.
