1. Bookings must be accompanied by a deposit of 30% of the total rental price with attached payment document and filled booking form. Deposit is not refundable.
2. The balance remaining (70%) would be due 60 days before check in day.
3. Cancelation after the full amount is paid: 50% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in. 0% refund for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in.
4. We recommend you take out a Comprehensive Travel Insurance including cancellation cover.
5. This is a holiday letting strictly for the period specified only. The number of occupants must not exceed the number declared on the booking form. Under no circumstances may any part of the property be sublet.
6. A security deposit of €300 (cash) be payable on arrival. This will be repaid in full at the end of the holiday, following confirmation by us that the property has been left in a good and clean condition and no damage has occurred.
7. Check-in is available from 4pm on the date of commencement of the holiday and should be vacated by 11 am on the date of departure.
8. The owners reserve the right of reasonable access to the property for the purpose of general cleaning, maintenance and repair.
9. The property should be left clean and tidy. We would appreciate if you inform us about any breakages and lost items and they will be replaced or paid for.
10. One 15kg bag of pellets for pellet stove included in the price of the reservation.
11. No pets are allowed.
Important information for all our guests: according to the Municipality of Peniche, since April 2024, all guests lodging in rental accommodations must adhere to the local tourist tax policy, collected directly by the facility manager upon arrival. The rate set by the Municipality is €1 per person per night. Maximum €5 per person per stay. Children under 13 are not subject to tourist tax.
